Not quite right? We make returns and exchanges simple.
30-day returns
Return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and we'll send a return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order — we'll prioritise getting your replacement out quickly.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, final-sale items and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.
